Anxiety Disorders

Unknown terrains induce anxiety and apprehensions in young adults regarding whether or not they can succeed in their endeavours. A continuous exposure to day to day stressors is also equally anxiety inducing which generally do not get enough attention but is equally harmful.

The issues if neglected can hinder the development of a confident and resilient adult. The problems can manifest in different forms such as lack of concentration, getting distracted easily, worrying, overthinking, irritation, low stress tolerance, weak conflict resolving skills, mood swings, unexplained outbursts, aggression and rage.

A thorough understanding of the dynamics of changes involved and the adaptation process is the gateway to healthy adulthood.
